Why we built it
Nursing homes must keep their emergency generators, sprinklers and fire alarms tested, and state inspectors cite them when they find a gap. CMS publishes those citations, but one home at a time on Care Compare, or as one large raw file. We filter that file to the three tags, map every home, check every fact against the file, and show you the homes near your shop.
How we work
- Every number comes from the government record and links to it. No AI writes a number.
- We say "cited", quote CMS's wording, and show the status as CMS lists it.
- When the data can't say something, we say that instead of guessing.
